Shannon Hochkeppel is an undergraduate student at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in psychology. She joined the BACH Lab in May 2019 with it being a perfect fit since she plans on following the career path of Sports Psychology. She is a division one student-athlete who is working alongside graduate students in the study to learn more about the brain and gain research experience. When not in school, the lab, or at swim team practice, Shannon enjoys kayaking on the river, hanging out with friends, and trying out new food places. You may often catch her making coffee runs or Facetiming with her adorable 2.5 year-old niece. As the social media coordinator for Pitt's Lemon Club, a Psi Chi member, and a member of S.A.A.C, she is heavily involved in both her academics and school organizations.
