Cristine is an exercise technician in the BACH Lab. She previously worked as a graduate student assistant while completing her master's in Health and Physical Activity Programming and Promotion at the University of Pittsburgh. She assisted in the development and implementation of health and wellness initiatives for Faculty and Staff at Pitt and individuals in the nearby communities. She also has experience in implementing evidence-based health and wellness programs, teaching group fitness classes, and developing personalized fitness programs. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong interest in making physical activity accessible and enjoyable for all individuals! Her additional experiences working with children and adolescents fuels my passion to transition youth into healthy lifestyle behaviors that will last a lifetime. In her free time, she enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.
