Courtney Weldon is an exercise technician at the BACH Lab. She recently graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a Master of Science in Wellness and Human Performance. Prior to coming to The University of Pittsburgh, Courtney received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Akron, where she competed as a collegiate track and field athlete. Courtney has a love for exercise and has experience in clinical and research environments. She has trained clients in injury prevention and rehabilitation, adolescents and professional athletes in sports performance improving techniques, the geriatric population in life enhancing skills, and individuals with chronic diseases.
